CANVASBACK is an exceptional example of this popular Grand Banks Model. Accommodations
Sleeps a total of four in two comfortable staterooms, with the galley-down layout, a comfortable main salon and a well-appointed galley. Satin varnished Grand Banks teak cabinetry and a teak and holly cabin sole are throughout. There are new headliners in the salon and in both staterooms.
Forward is the Master Stateroom with centerline Queen berth, large cedar lined hanging locker with light, full length mirror and drawer and locker storage. The Head is ensuite, with Separate Stall Shower and Vacuflush freshwater head. The stateroom is aircondtioned, well-ventilated, bright with natural light and designed with plentiful storage for extended cruising.
Next aft and to port is the Guest Stateroom. Side-by-side single athwartship berths are separated by a sizable teak cedar-lined hanging locker with light. Across from the guest stateroom is the Guest/Day Head with vanity, mirror, storage, Shower and Vacuflush head.
Continuing aft to port is the efficient U-Shaped Galley. Ample counter and storage space and high-end appliances make preparing light meals or gourmet fare for family and friends a pleasure. There is a top loading Freezer in the countertop outboard to Port. New Fridge and freezer under the counter. GE Microwave mounted in tan overhead cabinet.
Across from the Galley to starboard is the Main Salon with L-shaped, settee, storage underneath and Grand Banks teak Hi-Lo table which, together, may convert to extra sleeping. There are lockers and bookshelves above the settee, with a large cabinet for additional storage. Interior cleaning is easy with the central vac system on board. Samsung TV
Several steps lead up to the spacious Helm Deck offering superb visibility for captain and guests, with 360 degree views of life on the water. There is plenty of space to entertain a crowd in a protected and climate-controlled environment.
The captain enjoys a Pompanette pedestal seat, with easily accessible electronics and mechanical readouts. Pompanette companion seat to port others may be seated on the double-bench seat to port. There is a newly-upgraded refrigerator underneath the seat and a large chart table forward with storage in the cabinet below.
Aft to port is the large L-shaped settee with a custom, high-gloss, expandable Grand Banks teak table. A third air conditioning unit keeps the Helm Deck comfortable regardless of weather. Two large overhead opening hatches and opening center windshield provide additional ventilation and light. A mini bar, icemaker, sound system and sophisticated lighting create ambience for onboard enjoyment. The Stamoid and polycarbonite aft enclosure (New 2021) is perfectly clear and can be easily opened for additional fresh air.
Steps lead out and down to the Teak Cockpit with portside bench seat and access to the Engine Room when raised with pneumatic lifts. Deck lazarettes provide additional storage and the transom door is access to the wide teak swim platform.
Port and starboard steps lead from the cockpit forward onto wide side decks, to the foredeck and to the anchor platform. Stainless steel hand rails allow safe passage forward. 6 Man Liferaft canister stowed in a cradle on the forward cabin top.

The large U-Shaped Galley is perfectly laid out for easy meal preparation with ample counter and storage space.
