NEW LISTING!  Meticulously maintained 2006 BENETEAU OCEANIS CLIPPER 473 "LUCY"
A Groupe Finot design, the Beneteau 473 was named the "Boat of the Year: Best Production Cruiser" in 2001.  The Beneteau Oceanis Clipper 473 is a cruising boat that offers the performance sailors want.  The Beneteau 473 has been described as "elegant with a purpose."  With exceptional woodwork, roomy galley, and expanded storage, the overarching purposes are living and traveling well afloat.  Another bonus purpose is welcoming guests onboard.  Panoramic port lights make for an open, cheery interior scene.  The galley is better organized and equipped than many kitchens in big city apartments!  It's a pleasure to prepare meals onboard, and those panoramic windows have shades when needed.  Not even energetic kids will feel cramped on this spacious Beneteau!
BUILDER'S REMARKS:  The Beneteau 473 combines extraordinary interior comfort, volume and light with bluewater strength. Designed by Groupe Finot, this design offers a unique combination of elegant lines with extraordinary space and performance.

BROKER'S REMARKS:  "LUCY" is an exceptional sailboat that is ready for the owner that demands the best. She has a commanding presence that is a direct reflection of how well she has been maintained.  The perfect combination for cruising, entertaining or simply sitting at anchor.  The sugar scoop transom brings you safety, practicality, and beauty.  It accommodates easy boarding from the tender or from diving.  The genius of this 2-stateroom/2-head layout with spacious living areas is combined with craftmanship in woodworking that is truly remarkable.  My jaw dropped, when I first stepped onboard  "LUCY!"  She is the most stunning 15-year-old Beneteau that I have ever seen!
She is presently located in Jacksonville, Florida and ready to cruise.
