This Hunter 386 is set up for comfort while cruising or entertaining. The large cockpit with wrap around coamings holds an integrated steering console, three cockpit lockers, two coaming line storage wells, a hinging helmsman seat, and companionway handrails. Additional seating is provided with the stern rail seats; while the swim platform with stainless telescoping ladder and the hot/cold transom shower allow for ease and fun while swimming.
Below, in the main salon with 6ft 6in headroom you will find a convertible high gloss dinette table with a hinging leaf, plenty of storage space in lockers on hull sides, handrails and plenty of opening ports for an open and airy atmosphere.

The full head with stall and shower is aft. It holds a vanity with Corian countertop, a 35 gallon holding tank with macerator, a shower sump pump, and storage space.

Abundant natural light streams in from the Hunter signature windshield as well as the many fixed and screened ports, not to mention the multiple overhead hatches which also provide a tremendous amount of fresh air. At anchor, or at the dock, the placement of the ports assures great ventilation. The reverse cycle air and heat make being below comfortable in most any weather .
Entertaining or handling the family is easy with the enlarged salon complete with a convertible dinette and facing settee. Storage is plentiful as is electronic space at the integrated nav station.
A Corian-covered, full-service galley that any chef will adore the side-by-side refrigerator and freezer with top-loading trash bin set each side of the double basin with, stainless sinks..
The private forward stateroom on the Hunter 386 includes an en suite vanity with sink and storage, as well as plenty of hanging locker and drawer storage.
Aft, the master stateroom has a large queen berth and more storage. Privacy is enhanced by the dual access head that offers a Corian-covered vanity, electric marine head, and shower stall all wrapped in a complete fiberglass shell for easy cleaning and maintenance
On deck, the cockpit is designed for the comfort of the skipper and crew, not for the ease of the builder. By bringing the coaming out to the gunnels has increased the overall space to include seating for eight.
